What to prepare before you submit
A short checklist for a clear complaint without sharing unsafe information.

Have the name of the credit provider and product ready, if you know them. Explain what happened, when it happened, who was involved and the outcome you want.
Useful evidence can include statements, receipts, agreements, screenshots or messages that directly relate to the issue. Only upload what is relevant. Never include a PIN, password, one-time code or card security code.
You can choose to provide your identity and contact details or submit anonymously. If you submit anonymously, save the secure tracking reference because recovery options may be limited.
