CREDICORP Consumer Complaints
Terms of Use
These terms apply when you submit, track, or respond to a complaint through the CREDICORP Consumer Complaints service.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Purpose of the service
The portal receives and manages complaints connected to CREDICORP-supported credit. It may route cases to participating financial institutions, oversee resolution, escalate serious or overdue matters, and make approved external referrals.
Using the portal
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Submit only evidence you are entitled to share and that is relevant to the complaint.
- Keep your case reference and verification details private.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious files, or misuse the service.
Case handling
Submission creates a case for assessment; it does not guarantee a particular outcome. A case may be corrected, linked to a duplicate, routed, escalated, closed as out of scope, or referred externally according to approved rules. We may request additional information before the case can progress.
Service boundaries
The portal does not replace CBN CCMS, FCCPC, NDPC, the Nigeria Police Force, accredited ADR services, or the courts. It does not conduct formal arbitration or ADR within the portal and does not provide court e-filing.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and case information accurate, but maintenance, channel outages, verification needs, or lawful restrictions may affect access. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated effective date.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the service is handled.
